One of my favorite uncles from New Brunswick inspired me to become an electrician when he was in Ottawa working on a large project many years ago. I started my electrical journey in 2004 and have since worked on a large variety of jobs such as office fit-ups, retail stores, gas stations, new condo towers and smaller wood structures. Later on, I became a foreman and then a general foreman in charge of crews of up to 50 electricians and electrical jobs valued up to $25 000 000. Some of the jobs that I have run include restaurants, libraries, office towers, high tech installations, hospital jobs ranging from a single operating room to an entire new tower for the Ottawa Heart Institute. Recently I have undertaken my biggest challenge yet and managed to start Brisk Electric Ltd.
